Chantal & Armand

What a beautiful day for Chantal and Armand who had a small intimate celebration of their wedding, starting at Paisley registry office. A stunning couple indeed, who pulled out all the stops for their special day, even down to the weather, which, although threatened rain all day, stayed warm and dry and finished the day with a magnificent blue sky scattered with some wispy white clouds.

I love photographing in Paisley, and although we spent a short while making the most of the architecture there, we moved on to another stunning location that Chantal and Armand had chosen for their reception; Sherbrooke Castle.

Sherbrooke Castle is a great venue for an evening reception, and on days like this, it really looks beautiful against the evening sky, complimenting Charmaine and Armands evening outfits.

Enjoy these few taster images of your day.

Paisley and Renfrewshire Wedding Fair

Thank you to all the people who came and spoke to me yesterday at the Wedding Fair at the Town Hall in Paisley. It was my first fair and I was a bit nervous. I met other Paisley based suppliers and spoke to lots of brides to be. And many of you said some really nice things about my photographs - thank you so much. I have quite a few appointments in my diary with brides who want to discuss more about what we can offer, both photography and video. I think next year is going to be even busier than this one - phew!

Darren and Jacquelines Wedding Day

So, this weekend was supposed to be pouring with rain, but instead we had dry weather and even sunshine on Darren and Jaquelines wedding day. She looked stunning in her golden dress and... what fabulous shoes!!

The two of them looked really classy in their burgundy beauford with "just married" on the back.
